Established by Fiona Karsberg, we work with select clients to provide targeted, comprehensive development solutions.

Following a successful management career, Fiona developed a passion for helping leaders and managers increase their effectiveness. From living and working on five continents, Fiona brings global experience and understanding of diverse cultures to her consultancy services. Her experience, particularly within media, telecoms and financial services, includes:-

• Establishing the Executive Development function for The Walt Disney Company in both Asia Pacific and Latin America regions
